Commissioned by the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), the Dawmat Al-Jandal project involved the construction of a new 380/132kV bulk supply point (BSP) substation in the Al-Jouf region. With a total value of 204,800,000 SAR, the project started in November 2018 and was completed in October 2020. It enhanced the regional transmission network and supported the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 by promoting balanced regional development and strengthening energy security.
