Commissioned by the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), the New Dirab project involves the construction of a 380kV BSP (substation) #9060 along with the associated overhead transmission line (OHTL) connection in Riyadh. With a total value of 258,400,000 SAR, the project began in October 2023 and is scheduled for completion in March 2026. Once completed, it will significantly strengthen the capital’s transmission network and contribute to the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 objectives of building modern infrastructure and ensuring sustainable energy growth.
